Built for the fleet that outgrew the spreadsheet.

Luminar Works is a route planning and fleet operations platform for growing businesses managing 5–50 resources — vehicles, drivers, or agents. It runs on the same optimization engine as Sunstone Logistic Systems, an enterprise logistics platform in production at major distributors for 15 years.

The pattern that started it was simple: every few months, a smaller business would reach out wanting the enterprise product. Each time, the answer had to be no. Not because the technology was wrong for them, but because the pricing and setup were built for a completely different scale.

Those conversations stuck. These were exactly the operations the engine was built to help — real constraints, real planning pressure. They just couldn’t get to it. So, we built a version they could.

Plans you can explain

Route planning that hides its logic produces plans operators can't defend — to drivers, to customers, or to themselves. Every route Luminar Works generates shows the decisions behind it.

Pricing you can predict

You should be able to model your full annual cost before you commit. Per-module pricing means you pay only for the capabilities you use, and a permanent free tier (up to five resources) gives you a real starting point.

Honest about fit

We're built for growing businesses with real planning complexity but no enterprise procurement budget. If you outgrow that range, Sunstone Logistic Systems is the better fit, and we'll tell you honestly when that's the case.
