Do I keep my Luminar Core data when I activate Smart Planning?
Yes. Your resources, routes, and plan history stay exactly where they are. Activating Smart Planning adds the optimization engine on top of your existing setup — nothing migrates, resets, or breaks.
Can I downgrade Smart Planning later?
Yes — downgrade anytime. Your Luminar Core base and any other active modules keep working. If you upgrade to Smart Planning again later, your saved constraints and settings are still there.
Can I still manually adjust routes after Smart Planning generates them?
Yes. Smart Planning generates the route — you decide what to do with it. Drag stops to resequence, swap resources, or override routing decisions at any point. The optimizer is a starting point, not a lock-in. You are in control.
Does Smart Planning replace my dispatcher?
No. Smart Planning reduces the time spent manually building routes — it doesn’t replace operational decision-making. Dispatchers still handle exceptions, customer communication, driver coordination, and real-world judgment calls. Most teams find that their dispatcher becomes more effective with Smart Planning, not less needed.
