Does Multi-day Planning require Smart Planning?
No — the Multi-day Planning module can be used directly with Luminar Core. Smart Planning isn’t required, but it can make planning significantly faster as your operation becomes more complex.
Does Multi-day Planning replace single-day planning?
No — Multi-day Planning adds the longer view, it doesn't take the single day away. You can still focus on one day whenever that's what you need. What it gives you is the choice of a horizon up to 7 days, and that's where the value sits: planned one day at a time, each day tends to take on as much of the available work as it can fit. Across a horizon, that same work can be spread over the days more efficiently — so the load is shaped by what makes sense for the whole stretch, not by how much each day can absorb on its own.
Can I adjust a multi-day plan?
Yes — however you put it together, the plan is a starting point, not a lock-in. While a trip is still planned, you're in control on the Gantt: reassign tasks, move them, or take them off a route until the plan fits the way you want to work. Publish when it's ready.
Can I downgrade Multi-day Planning later?
Yes — downgrade anytime. Your Luminar Core base and any other active modules keep working. If you upgrade to Multi-day Planning again later, your saved constraints and settings are still there.
